FAQ

Fair questions.

How does your pricing work?

Two models. Tickets are billed hourly, so you pay for the time on the job and nothing more. Projects get a fixed quote up front, agreed before we start. We talk first via a short intake, which is why there's no off-the-shelf quote button: you get a real number, not a placeholder.

Can we use you ad-hoc, or do we need a contract?

No contract required. You can bring us in for a single job and pay by the hour, with nothing locked in. The Fair Use SLA is there when you want committed support, but it's never a precondition to working with us.

How does the Fair Use SLA work?

Simple: committed support, scope agreed up front, no paying for capacity you never use. Full terms are part of every intake.

What's your response time?

Fast, but we won't print a minutes-promise that ignores reality. Response expectations are agreed per customer in our Fair Use SLA.

Where do you operate?

Worldwide. We deliver remote hands, rack & stack and migrations across Europe and beyond. The Netherlands is our home base, with Nikhef as our cross-connect specialty. See where we cover

Do you offer smart hands?

We do remote hands: everything on the hardware, up to where your team takes over. For configuration, we set up console sessions so your engineers work through our connection, live on site. Remote hands vs. smart hands

Which hardware do you work with?

Effectively any of it. Cisco, HPE, Dell and Supermicro come up most, but the brand on the bezel rarely changes the work. If it mounts in a rack, our engineers handle it.

How do I track a job and see what was actually done?

Through our own customer portal. Every ticket and project status lives there in real time, and each step is documented as the work happens, with notes and photos down to the rack and slot. So you always know where things stand and can see exactly what was done, without taking our word for it. We built it in-house, shaped around how this market actually works, instead of bolting on generic ticketing.

How do we get started?

You reach us on whatever platform suits you: WhatsApp, [email protected] or Telegram, and soon through our customer portal. A short intake tells us what's needed, and we take it from there.

Need hands in the datacenter?

Tell us what you're running. We'll tell you how we'd handle it.
