2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

Contact form. When you contact us we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the service(s) you select, your message, and your IP address. We use this to reply, discuss and provide our services, and manage the business relationship, and we send you an automatic confirmation email.Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to / performing an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in handling and documenting enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Technical & security data. Our server records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and timestamps, and we use bot/spam protection on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile).Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Cookies & third-party embeds

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not use Google Analytics, Facebook, or similar trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. Our analytics option (Plausible) is cookieless.

The only non-essential element that can set third-party cookies is the embedded mapon our datacenter pages. It is blocked until you accept through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time:.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We use a small number of processors that act on our instructions:

Kaashosting (Netherlands): website hosting.
Resend (United States): delivery of contact-form emails and confirmations.
Cloudflare (United States): Turnstile bot/spam protection on the contact form, where enabled.
Plausible Analytics (European Union): cookieless website statistics, where enabled.

Contact-form emails are delivered to our own mailbox, hosted by TransIP (Netherlands).

The map embedded on our datacenter pages is provided by Google(Google Maps Platform, United States), acting as an independent party underits own privacy policy. It loads only after you consent, and then receives your IP address.

5. International data transfers

Some processors (Resend, Cloudflare, Google) are established in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by Chapter V GDPR.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form submissions (including the IP address) for up to 24 monthsafter our last contact, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. Aggregate analytics contain no identifying data.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
have inaccurate data rectified;
have your data erased;
restrict or object to processing;
data portability;
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal.
