Previder PDC2 sits at Barnsteenstraat 15 in Hengelo, one of Previder's two Hengelo data centers, interconnected with the operator's other sites by a fibre-optic ring. Sustainability is a hallmark of Previder's Hengelo operation: it runs what Previder calls the Netherlands' first peer-to-peer waste-heat exchange between a data center and an external user, sending waste heat through a roughly 300-metre underground pipeline to neighbouring membrane maker NX Filtration and receiving cold water back for cooling. Both Hengelo data centers are NEN 7510- and ISO 27001-certified, suiting healthcare workloads. PeeringDB lists 15 networks, 3 internet exchanges, and 4 carriers on site. Layer One provides remote hands, cross connects, and rack & stack at PDC2.
